Junior & Senior Infants Jolly Phonics:

We've been using Jolly Phonics to learn all of our letter sounds. We learn a new song for each sound, it helps us to remember them all and the songs are really fun to sing. We are learning to join sounds together to make a word. We are able to read lots of words. We did a fun activity the other day, we joined words to pictures using pink wool. Then we put all the words we read into sentences.

Senior Infants:

We have made some beautiful trees out of paper with our teacher. We used a scissors and while paper and paint. We have put them up in our classroom for everyone to see.
